If you know me well, you will know that I adore period dramas. My mum and I had a huge collection of Georgette Heyer novels that we reread countless times… I know!
So, this version of Emma. (Full stop) has had me captivated. It’s still £10 to buy but it’s so worth it. The first time I watched it I just absorbed the main characters and googled Johnny Flynn straight afterwards!!! The second time I focused on the sumptuous clothing and sets. It has a very light touch and is very easy to watch. The whole cast being utterly beautiful.
So, if you’ve watched Pride and prejudice, all versions at least twice this is for you xx
