A truly inspiration sports drama. This is a really relevant movie with regards to Black Lives Matter. My 16 year old son recommended it and thought it was really good. If you enjoyed “The Blind Side” then this will be right up your street.
Set in the early 70’s Denzil Washington’s character is employed to coach the newly, racially-integrated team. It is based on a true story and I completely loved it. It explores racial identity and prejudice in a deeply moving way.
